Reviews from across the UK

Sarah M. · London

“I was sceptical at first but this thing is incredible. Hot water in 3 seconds — I threw away my kettle after a week. The water tastes noticeably cleaner and my whole family drinks so much more of it now.”

James P. · Manchester

“We tested tap water vs. the filtered output and the TDS difference was astounding. Two young kids at home and now I'm not worried about what they're drinking. Setup took 5 minutes flat. Worth every penny.”

Lisa K. · Edinburgh

“I used to spend £60 a month on bottled water. After 3 months with Aqua I've already saved more than the purchase price. The design is stunning — it genuinely looks beautiful on the countertop.”

Questions?Answers.

Anything else, email info@aquas.uk or read our returns & warranty policy.

Why is a milky liquid released into the water tank during first use?

During the first few refills, you may notice a small amount of milky-looking protective liquid entering the water tank from the filtration system. This protective liquid complies with food safety standards.

Before using your Aqua Smart Water Dispenser for the first time, rinse the machine two to three times and replace the water in the tank each time. Discard the water used during rinsing.

Once the initial rinsing process is complete, follow the user manual for normal operation.

What is the warranty period?

1 year.

Does Aqua need plumbing or installation?

No. Lift out the water tank, fill it at the tap and click it back in. There's nothing to plumb in.

What temperatures can I choose?

The touch display has presets for Boil (99°C), Coffee (90°C), Milk (45°C), Cold (5°C) and Room Temp. You can also set how much water to pour.

What does the filter remove?

Aqua uses a 4-in-1 carbon fibre reverse osmosis composite filter. It removes sediment, rust, residual chlorine, organic matter, discolouration and odour, scale, heavy metals and bacteria, then adds strontium and magnesium back.
