At Aqua, we want you to feel confident when purchasing the Aqua Smart Water Dispenser. Our returns policy and one-year warranty are designed to give you peace of mind.
Changed Your Mind?
For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the product.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your dispenser arrives damaged, develops a fault or does not match its description, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under your statutory rights.
Return Conditions
Please return eligible products securely packaged, with the supplied accessories included. Deductions for diminished value may apply where permitted by law. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute requirement where that would unlawfully restrict your rights.
Filters and Consumables
Certain hygiene-related restrictions may apply to sealed filters and other consumables where permitted by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to your original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. Delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
One-Year Warranty
Your Aqua Smart Water Dispenser comes with a one-year warranty from the date of initial delivery. If your dispenser develops a fault, contact our support team for assistance.
Warranty Exclusions
Subject to applicable law, the warranty may exclude accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs and normal wear and tear. These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights.
